Meeting, Training & Computer Room Hire

Access Mildura Inc. has meeting, training and computer rooms are available for hire which have been recently refurbished and are conveniently located at 53 Eighth Street Mildura in the former Mildura Fruit Co-Operative building.  This modern venue includes rooms of various sizes, including:

  • 1 x Computer room with 4 computers with internet access
  • 1 x Boardroom which can accommodate up to 12 persons max (14)
  • 1 x Training room which can accommodate 12 -15 persons boardroom style or 20-25 theatre style
  • 1 x Training room which can accommodate 20-22 persons boardroom style or 30-40 theatre style

All rooms can be hired for a full day or half day block.

CATERING:                  Tea/Coffee        $3.50 pp unlimited tea/coffee

A detailed catering menu is available upon request in relation to the choices and pricing of catering available. 

All meals are prepared fresh at the Access Mildura kitchen.  We will cater for any dietary requirements and are willing to speak to you in relation to any special request that your group may require.

Morning teas, lunch and afternoon teas must be ordered at least two days prior to the date of function and are an additional cost.Discounts are available for groups who make long term multiple bookings. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All room hire bookings must be pre-paid or 50% deposit. 

24 Hour Refund Policy applies less a 20% admin fee. 

Cancellation notice of less than 24 hours may attract a 100% cancellation fee and will be at the discretion of Access Mildura Inc.
