A wage subsidy is a financial incentive available to eligible employers.
Supported Wage Scheme:
If a person is unable to meet full productivity due to their disability the supported wage scheme is available to employers.
Workplace Modifications:
Financial assistance is available to employers if modification to the workplace is required.
Ongoing Support for the Employer & Jobseeker:
Access Mildura Inc. provides a unique service which continues to support both the jobseeker and the Employer long after the placement has been commenced. This can be in the form of formal training and onsite support.
