Access Mildura Inc is a free services providing employment assistance to people with individual and varied needs.

Employer Incentives:

Wage Subsidy Scheme: 

A wage subsidy is a financial incentive available to eligible employers.

  Supported Wage Scheme:

 If a person is unable to meet full productivity due to their disability the supported wage scheme is available to employers.

  Workplace Modifications:

 Financial assistance is available to employers if modification to the workplace is required.

  Ongoing Support for the Employer & Jobseeker:

 Access Mildura Inc. provides a unique service which continues to support both the jobseeker and the Employer long after the placement has been commenced. This can be in the form of formal training and onsite support.

 

 Jobseeker Services:

Access Mildura Inc provides the following services for you:

 Individual career counselling

Assistance with and preparation of resumes and application letters

Assistance with preparing for interviews

Job Search activities

Job preparation sessions

 Skills development in our supported business units

 Access Mildura Inc is a Registered Training Organisation committed to facilitating skill development through training excellence. Access Mildura Inc has a long established history in the provision of vocational support to people with disabilities meeting best practice standards for the industry.
