We are seeking a full time Employment Consultant who is a self starter with enthusiasm, energy and a love  of a challenge.

To be successful in this roll you must:

• Be able to work within a small team
• Be able to market job seekers to employers and source quality vacancies
• Be able to achieve employment placements, outcomes and repeat business
• Have excellent organisation and administration skills
• Be able to communicate effectively at all levels

The successful candidate will possess:

• Knowledge of disability and related medical conditions
• The ability to excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with local employers
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Certificate IV in Employment Services or willingness to undertake
• Marketing qualifications or experience
• Drivers licence and Level 2 First Aid
